NEAERA Finish Recording New Album
|
German extreme metal outfit NEAERA just finished the recordings for their upcoming fourth album. The band have posted the following update:
“We are finally back from the Rape Of Harmonies studio where we spent almost four weeks recording our upcoming album with producer Alexander Dietz at the helm. After an estimated 10 billion attempts at playing riffs over and over again, after a barrage of try-agains, after numerous fits of rage, we can now finally officially announce that it's a fuckin' wrap!!! We want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the whole Rape Of Harmonies team, Alex, Patrick and Ralf, for the amazing and relaxed
collaboration in the recording process.
The title of the fourth Neaera album is Omnicide – Creation Unleashed.
The artwork was once again done by our good friend Terje Johnsen and the first previews already blew us away. The mixing and mastering will be done by Zeuss (HATEBREED/SHADOWS FALL/WHITECHAPEL), so be prepared for some brutal tunes coming your way. We are very confident that this will be an awesome overall package!
There will also be a special record release show in our hometown Münster. More details about the show and the record will be announced soon!”
Omnicide – Creation Unleashed is set for release on May 22nd (Germany/Austria/Switzerland/Italy) and May 25th (rest of Europe).
