BNR Metal Pages says, "for pure, unadulterated doom, they don't come much heavier than England's Electric Wizard. The band rarely approaches even a mid-paced tune -- they're slow, they're heavy, and they're cool." Considered by many to be the "heaviest band in the world," Electric Wizard is more like a cult than a band. Conjuring visions of Alistair Crowley having a black trip with HP Lovecraft all whilst gazing at the most far out biker flicks ever created the four-piece possess the crustiest gravity-defying doom riffs and drones.

Unavailable for some time, Candlelight with Rise Above Records proudly represent these classic recordings - now with added bonus tracks and in special digipak format. Electric Wizard, Come My Fanatics and Dopethrone originally released 1995, 1996 and 2000 respectively recall the upswing in popularity of the stoner/doom metal movement. Digital Metal said, "this is DOOM, intended only to paralyze, bewilder and hurt," on review of Dopethrone. "True doom metal fans have waited long and impatiently for a band to combine the best of trad and modern doom stylings. Electric Wizard does this so effortlessly other bands wither and die on the vine."

All three records have been remastered and include additional photosalongside the noted bonus tracks. A must have for fans!
